The restaurant
In an 18th century palace, belonging to Count Malvezzi, the Ristorante da Mario was established in 1951 and completely renovated, including the furnishings, in 1973; then renovated again in 2010, the premises currently in use were, in fact, formerly used as barns and storerooms.
The cuisine
The restaurant is famous and well-known for its simple and typical cuisine: thanks to the use of quality raw materials sourced from local companies, it has received awards such as Posate d'Oro at the Milan Expo in 1974 and mentions in the most important national and foreign tourist guides.
